Pattern Instructions:

Foundation Row:

1. Ch 28.

Row 1:

1. Dc in the 4th ch from hook, *ch 1, skip the next ch, dc in the next ch; repeat from * across, turn.

Row 2:

1. Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in the ch-1 space, *ch 1, dc in the next ch-1 space; repeat from * across, turn.

Row 3:
