Materials

• Lightweight cotton yarn (300-400 yards)

20 stitches and 10 rows = 4 inches in textured stitch.

• Ch - chain
• Dc - double crochet
• Sc - single crochet

Instructions

Back Panel

1. Chain 100 for the base. Adjust for size.
2. Row 1: Dc in the 4th ch from hook, dc across (97 dc).
3. Row 2: Ch 3, turn, *dc in next stitch, sk next stitch; repeat from * across (50 dc).
4. Row 3: Ch 2, turn, sc in each dc across (50 sc).
5. Row 4-12: Repeat Rows 2-3 alternatively 5 times.
6. Fasten off and secure ends.

Front Panel

1. Repeat instructions for Back Panel.

Assembly

1. Place front and back panels together, right sides facing.
2. Join at sides with sc; leave open for armholes.
3. For ruffle, attach yarn at the bottom edge; ch 1, *5 dc in next st, sk next st; repeat from * around.
4. Fasten off and weave in all ends.

Optional:

Add straps by chaining 30 and attaching them at desired lengths for a perfect fit.

Care Instructions
