• CO: Cast On
• k: Knit

Instructions

Front and Back Panels

1. CO 48 sts.
2. Row 1 (RS): *K6, p2; repeat from * to end.
3. Row 2: *P6, k2; repeat from * to end.
4. Rows 3-6: Repeat Rows 1 and 2 two more times.
5. Row 7: *P2, k6; repeat from * to end.
6. Row 8: *K2, p6; repeat from * to end.
7. Rows 9-12: Repeat Rows 7 and 8 two more times.
8. Repeat Rows 1-12 until the piece measures 16 inches, ending with Row 12.
9. Bind off (BO) all sts loosely.
10. Repeat for the second panel.

Finishing

1. Block the panels if needed.
2. With wrong sides facing, seam three sides of the panels using the tapestry needle.
3. Insert pillow form.
4. Seam the remaining side.
5. Weave in any loose ends.
