Pattern Instructions:

Base of the Bag

1. With cream yarn, ch 41. Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn. (40)
2. R2-50: Ch 1, sc in each st across. Turn. (40)

Tapestry Heart Design

Follow the color chart for this section, working in back-and-forth rows:

1. R51: Change to red yarn, work 5 sc in cream, 30 sc in red, 5 sc in cream. Turn.
2. R52: 4 sc in cream, 32 sc in red, 4 sc in cream. Turn.
