Gauge: Each shell should measure approximately 4 inches in width and height.

Instructions:
Foundation Row: Ch 101 (or any multiple of 6 plus 5 for width).
Row 1:
Starting from the second chain from the hook, sc in each ch across (100 sc). Turn.
Row 2:
Ch 2 (counts as first dc), dc in same stitch, *skip 2 stitches, shell stitch (5 dc in one stitch) in next stitch, skip 2 stitches; repeat from * across, finishing with a dc in the last stitch. Turn.

Repeat Rows 3 and 4
Continue repeating Rows 3 and 4 until the desired length is achieved, ending with Row 3.
Edging:
For the edging, ch 1, sc evenly around the entire blanket, working 3 sc in each corner to maintain the shape. Join with a sl st to the first sc.
Finishing:
Weave in all ends using the tapestry needle. Block the blanket if desired to enhance the texture.
