Playful Bobble Chunky Blanket Pattern
Materials:
- Chunky Blanket Yarn - Cream and Soft Peach
- 9mm Crochet Hook
- Scissors
- Yarn Needle
Gauge:
10 double crochets = 4 inches using bulky yarn.
Size:
This blanket measures approximately 40 inches by 50 inches, but you can customize it to your desired size.
Stitches Used:
- Chain Stitch (ch)
- Slip Stitch (sl st)
- Double Crochet (dc)
- Bobble Stitch (bobble)
Abbreviations:
- ch = chain
- sl st = slip stitch
- dc = double crochet
- bobble = 5 dc in the same stitch
Instructions:
- Foundation Chain: Chain 70 (or desired width).
- Row 1: In the 4th chain from the hook, work 1 dc. Continue with 1 dc in each chain across. Turn.
- Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), dc in the next stitch. *Bobble in the next stitch, dc in the next.* Repeat from * to * until the last stitch, then dc in the last stitch. Turn.

- Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until your blanket reaches the desired length, about 50 inches.
- Final Row: Ch 1, sc in each stitch across for a neat finish. Cut the yarn and weave in all ends using the yarn needle.
