Materials Needed:

• Super bulky yarn (approximately 800 yards suggested, light pink color)
• Your fingers as hooks (or US size 50 if using a hook)
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Finished Size:

• Approximately 36 inches by 36 inches

Pattern Notes:

• This blanket is worked entirely with finger loops.

Instructions:

Foundation Chain:

1. Create a slip knot and place it on your right index finger.
2. Using your left hand, pull the working yarn through the loop on your finger to form a new loop.
3. Continue forming loops in this manner until you have 30 chains.

Body:

1. Row 1: Create a loop on your finger, pull the working yarn through the first chain loop on the foundation chain to form a new loop. Continue across the row forming new loops through each foundation chain loop. (30 loops)
2. Row 2: Rotate your work. Start from the first loop of the previous row, create a loop with your finger, pull the working yarn through to form a new loop. Repeat across. (30 loops)
3. Repeat Row 2 until your blanket measures approximately 34 inches long.

Finishing Border:

1. Work single crochet around the perimeter of the blanket, creating 2 single crochets in each corner to keep edges flat.
2. Fasten off and weave in ends using a tapestry needle.
