Instructions:

Base:

1. Ch 3, sl st to form a ring.

6. Round 5: Ch 2, *dc in next 3 sts, 2 dc in next st*, repeat * around, sl st to top of ch-2. (60 sts)

Sides:

6. Round 6: Ch 1, sc in each st around, sl st to first sc. (60 sts)
7. Round 7: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), *skip 1 st, dc in next, dc back into skipped st* (crossed dc made), repeat * around, sl st to top of ch-3.
8. Round 8-13: Repeat Round 7.

Wavy Edge:

14. Round 14: Ch 1, *sc in first st, hdc in next, dc in next 3 sts, hdc in next, sc in next*, repeat * around, sl st to first sc.
