Crochet Doll with Red Dress

Materials Needed

• Yarn: DK weight in beige, red, white, black.

Instructions

Head

1. Using beige yarn, create a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in ring. (6 sts)
3. Round 2: Inc around. (12 sts)
4. Round 3: (Sc, inc) around. (18 sts)
5. Round 4: (2 sc, inc) around. (24 sts)
6. Continue increasing until Round 7 to 36 sc.
7. Rounds 8-14: Sc around. (36 sts)
8. Start decreasing on Round 15: (4 sc, dec) around. End at 12 sts.
9. Stuff firmly with fiberfill.
10. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Body

1. Using red yarn, ch 12 and join with a sl st to form a ring.
2. Round 1: Sc around. (12 sts)
3. Round 2: (Sc, inc) around. (18 sts)
4. Continue increasing to 30 sts.
5. Rounds 3-14: Sc around. Change to black halfway.
6. Decrease to form waist: (Sc, dec) around until closed.
7. Fasten off and stuff lightly.

Arms (Make 2)

1. With beige yarn, ch 4.
2. Round 1: 4 sc in second ch from hook.
3. Continue to increase to 10 sts by Round 4.
4. Switch to red on Round 6.
5. Rounds 7-15: Sc around.
6. Switch to white.
7. Round 16: Sc around.

Legs (Make 2)

Assembly
