Materials:

• Lightweight cotton yarn (500g)
• Hook size 4.0 mm (G-6)
• Stitch markers
• Yarn needle

Gauge:

13 double crochets = 4 inches

One size fits most (adjustable via length)

• ch - chain
• dc - double crochet
• sc - single crochet
• sl st - slip stitch
• sk - skip

Pattern Instructions:

Body:

1. Chain 80 to begin (or adjust for desired width).
2. Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook, dc in each ch across (78 dc). Turn.
3. Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as dc), *ch 1, sk 1, dc in the next st; repeat from * to end (39 ch-1 sp). Turn.
4. Row 3: Ch 3, *dc in ch-1 sp, ch 1; repeat from * to end. Turn.
5. Repeat Rows 2-3 for additional rows until the piece measures 30 inches from the beginning.

Sleeves:

1. For each side, mark the first 10 stitches at each end. Skip marked stitches when working the next rows.
2. Row 1: Sk 10, dc across remaining stitches. Turn.
3. Row 2: Ch 3, *ch 1, sk 1, dc in the next; repeat from * to end. Turn.
4. Continue alternating Row 1 and Row 2 until sleeve measures desired length. Repeat for both sides.

Finishing:
