Crochet Textured Waffle Stitch Bath Mitt Free Pattern
This pattern will guide you through creating a textured waffle stitch bath mitt that is both elegant and practical. Enjoy this easy and comforting project!

- Yarn: Approximately 70 grams of beige cotton yarn

- ch: chain
- sl st: slip stitch
- sc: single crochet
- hdc: half double crochet
- dc: double crochet
- fpdc: front post double crochet
- bpdc: back post double crochet
Instructions
Main Body
- Foundation Row: Ch 35.
- Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn. (33 dc)
- Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as dc), *fpdc around next st, bpdc around next st; repeat from * across, ending with fpdc around last st. Turn.
- Row 3: Ch 2, *bpdc around next st, fpdc around next st; repeat from * across, ending with bpdc around last st. Turn.
- Repeat Rows 2-3: Continue alternating rows until the piece measures approximately 38 cm in length. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Assembly
- Fold the crocheted piece in half with the textured side facing out.
- Join yarn at one side edge. Using sc, close the sides of the mitt (except the top edge) to form a pouch. Fasten off.
Cuff and Loop
- Cuff: Rejoin yarn at the top edge. Sc evenly around the opening of the mitt. Join with sl st. Fasten off.
- Loop: Ch 15 and attach to the top corner with a sl st on the opposite side to form a loop. Fasten off and weave in all ends.
Your waffle stitch bath mitt is now complete and ready to use!
